They use current published tax bands and rates for each country and give a close planning estimate. Real payslips vary with tax codes, allowances, and local levies.
Which tax year do they use?
The UK and Australia tools use 2026/27, the US, Canada, and Ireland tools use 2026, New Zealand uses 2025-26, India uses FY 2025-26 (AY 2026-27), and Pakistan uses the 2025-26 FBR slabs.
